Robert D. Green
Robert D. Green is the founding member and Chief Executive Officer of Greenhouse Financial, LLC.
Mr. Green has been in the corporate consulting business with emphasis in executive compensation
and Bank Owned Life Insurance for over 25 years. During this time he has placed over a billion
dollars of business implementing various types of plans. Mr. Green is also a United States Army
veteran (1970-71) where he earned the Meritorious Service Medal and received an honorable
discharge. He graduated from Evangel University with a BS degree, and has earned two Masters
degrees from Troy State University in administration. He is married to Marcia Green and has three
children and four grandchildren.
David Carter
David Carter brings over 30 years of senior executive and financial experience to GHF. Prior
to joining our team he served for two years as President of The Bank, and six years as EVP/CFO
for The Banc Corporation (TBNC); a publicly traded financial institution headquartered in
Birmingham, Alabama. David also served for 14 years as EVP/CFO for Trustmark Bank (TRMK),
a regional publicly traded financial institution headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi. During
his tenure with Trustmark and The Banc Corporation he was instrumental in acquiring and
merging 22 financial institutions. He has vast experience in dealing with the SEC and Banking
regulatory agencies. He also led the acquisition teams that raised capital on numerous occasions
in order to complete multiple mergers.

Scott P. Harrison
Scott P. Harrison is Chief Legal Counsel to GREENHOUSE FINANCIAL, LLC. He is also a partner in the
Fayetteville-based Harrision Law Firm. Prior to founding his consulting firm HCI, in 1994, Mr. Harrison
served five years as General Counsel and Compliance Officer for one of the fastest growing banks in the
South Central United States. Scott now works mainly with a variety of financial institutions in the area of
Regulatory Compliance. His other areas of expertise lie in other banking related legal matters, mergers
and acquisitions, business organizations, deferred and executive compensation and other related business
law matters. Scott is a member of the Arkansas and American Bar Association and is licensed to practice law
in the State of Arkansas and the federal court system.
David M. Harrision
David M. Harrison is Legal Counsel and Consultant. He affiliated with HCI in April, 2003. Prior to joining
the firm, Mr. Harrison has served in a variety of professional and business executive responsibilities including:
Attorney at Law for the Fayetteville, Arkansas law firm of Davis, Cox & Wright, Manager of Employee Services
and Benefits with ALLTEL Corporation in Little Rock, Arkansas, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer for Elk Horn Bank & Trust in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Adjunct Professor of Human Resources
Management at Henderson State in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Vice President & Account Executive for
IMPACT Financial Services in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Kay Smith, CPA, CEBS
Kay Smith has over twenty years experience in public accounting. Kay has extensive experience in tax
services and administration services to all types of benefit plans. She has attained certification as a
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Kay
has presented seminars and served as a guest speaker on the topic of employee benefits. Her experience in the
area of employee benefits includes a plan design, enrollment, plan administration, compliance and reporting.
