GHF, through its predecessors and affiliated companies has been administering
qualified and non-qualified benefit plans for over 16 years. Our professional staff is
dedicated to competently design, implement and administer benefit plans and life
insurance plans. GHF is fortunate to rely on one of the oldest and most respected
accounting firms in the southeastern United States for helping to provide our own
security, strength and growth. Lawrence and Lawrence, PA provides administrative
support or numerous qualified and non-qualified executive benefit plans. We rely on
their stability for our administrative support in supplemental executive retirement
benefit plans. They also provide consulting services for our plan designs.
Qualified Plan Administrators, LLP (QPA)
Lawrence and Lawrence, PC, through its employee benefit plan administration
subsidiary QPA, provides a full range of services related to the design and administration
of qualified and non-qualified plans.
Our administration services are under the direct supervision of Kay Smith, CPA,
managing partner of QPA. Kay has over 20 years of experience in accounting, tax and
administrative services to all types of employee benefits plans. Kay has attained
certification as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) through the International
Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans. Kay has presented seminars and served as
guest speaker on the topic of employee benefits.
Harrison Consulting, Inc. (HCI)
Scott and David Harrison provide the regulatory compliance and legal support for
GHF. This allows us to work closely with the client to draft legal documents to be forwarded
to the client's legal counsel. The legal form and language is designed to meet the specific
objectives of the client. The Harrisons have many years of experience in bank regulatory
laws. Their strengths match well with the GHF mission to custom design BOLI and SERP plans
specifically for the clients' particular circumstances and objectives.
