She has attained certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Kay has presented seminars and served as a guest speaker on the topic of employee benefits. Her experience in the area of employee benefits includes a plan design, enrollment, plan administration, compliance and reporting.
